VIBECITY CODIFIED HANDBOOK • v2.4LAST REVISED: SEPTEMBER 2026● CURRENTLY ENFORCED

Server Rules & Standards

The codified standard of conduct and roleplay integrity for Vibecity RP. Every player in Telugu, Hindi, and English scenarios is legally bound by these principles. Ignorance of server standards is never accepted as a defense.

§ 01.0CHAPTER CODEX

Fundamental Roleplay Principles

The foundation of immersive roleplay. These core axioms govern all character actions across Los Santos.

1.1

Value of Life (NVL - Not Valuing Life)

Temporary Ban

You must treat your character's life with utmost importance. If an armed individual or group holds you at gunpoint with immediate lethal capability, you must comply and act with realistic fear. Reckless suicide charges or pulling weapons while actively aimed at is strictly forbidden.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Pulling a firearm while two officers or masked criminals have guns pressed against your chest is considered NVL.
1.2

Random Death Match (RDM)

Temporary Ban

Attacking, injuring, or executing another citizen without sufficient prior verbal interaction and valid roleplay storyline justification is prohibited.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Shooting a rival player on sight without initiating verbal dialogue or prior confrontation.
1.3

Vehicle Death Match (VDM)

Temporary Ban

Using any motor vehicle as a primary weapon to intentionally ram, run over, or crush players or occupied vehicles without pre-approved storyline escalation.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Accelerating your car onto sidewalks to hit individuals during an argument.
1.4

New Life Rule (NLR)

Temporary Ban

When your character is downed and officially respawns at Pillbox Hill Medical Center, all memory of the immediate events leading to your incapacitation is wiped. You cannot return to the same scene or retaliate against parties involved for 30 minutes.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Respawning at the hospital and immediately driving back to the shootout location to retrieve vehicles or attack rivals.
1.5

Metagaming

Permanent Ban

Utilizing out-of-character knowledge obtained from Twitch streams, YouTube videos, Discord direct messages, or third-party communications that your character could not have known in-game.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Calling police to a secret stash house because you watched a streamer hide contraband there on live stream.
1.6

Powergaming

Temporary Ban

Forcing an unrealistic action upon another player without giving them an opportunity to roleplay back, or performing superhuman actions that defy physics and biological reality.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Driving a lowered sports car up vertical mountain cliffs, or typing "/me strips all weapons and knocks out" while in a sprint.
§ 02.0CHAPTER CODEX

Communication & Language Standards

Protocol governing proximity voice, multi-language inclusion, microphone etiquette, and character consistency.

2.1

Multilingual Inclusivity (Telugu, Hindi, English)

Warning

Vibecity proudly supports Telugu, Hindi, and English players. Citizens are welcome to roleplay in any of these three languages. All players must remain respectful and ensure fundamental scenario interactions are mutually understood.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Refusing to interact with or mocking a citizen because they initiated dialogue in Telugu or Hindi will result in moderation action.
2.2

Functional Microphone Requirement

Kick

Every player must possess a clear, functional microphone. Text-only roleplay is not permitted unless an official accessibility exemption has been granted by Management.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Entering the city without configuring microphone audio and ignoring voice interactions from other citizens.
2.3

Zero Tolerance: Toxicity, Hate Speech & OOC Abuse

Permanent Ban

Any form of racism, casteism, religious discrimination, sexism, homophobia, doxxing, or real-life threats will result in an immediate, irreversible permanent ban without appeal.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Using casteist, communal, or racial slurs against another player during an in-game dispute.
2.4

In-Character Proximity Voice (No OOC)

Warning

Never break character in local voice. Terms like "admins", "rules", "lag", "head pop", or "server restart" must be roleplayed creatively (e.g. "headache") or kept strictly to /ooc text chat.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Announcing "I am reporting you on Discord right now" over proximity voice during an arrest.
2.5

Stream Sniping & Out-of-Game Coordination

Permanent Ban

Tracking down content creators by watching their live broadcasts or coordinating tactical police/gang locations via Discord voice calls while in active scenarios is strictly forbidden.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Calling out police perimeter locations in a private Discord voice call during a store heist instead of using in-game radios.
§ 03.0CHAPTER CODEX

Combat, Crime & Heist Regulations

Parameters governing armed altercations, bank heists, hostage exchanges, and gang engagements.

3.1

Combat Logging

Permanent Ban

Disconnecting from the server, exiting the game, or force-respawning while involved in an active police chase, shootout, hostage negotiation, or medical incident is strictly prohibited.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Quitting the game via Alt+F4 immediately after being cornered or handcuffed by law enforcement.
3.2

Heist Squad Roster Limits

Temporary Ban

Criminal squads must adhere to strict headcount limitations: Convenience Stores: Max 2 criminals. Fleeca Banks: Max 4 criminals. Paleto Bank & Pacific Standard: Max 6 criminals.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Bringing 8 armed syndicate members to a Fleeca bank job to overwhelm responding patrol units.
3.3

Authentic Hostage Protocol

Temporary Ban

Fake hostages (friends or syndicate allies posing as victims for pre-planned demands) are prohibited. Hostages must be genuine uninvolved citizens who are given legitimate roleplay interaction.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Having your associate stand in the bank vault pretending to be a hostage to negotiate free passage.
3.4

Third-Partying (Interference in Ongoing Scenarios)

Temporary Ban

Interfering in a shootout, robbery, or chase between two opposing factions or law enforcement without pre-existing storyline justification is forbidden.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Driving by an active bank heist and shooting at police officers for entertainment with no gang connection.
3.5

Cop Baiting & Reckless Harassment

Warning

Deliberately doing donuts, firing weapons in the air, or revving engines in front of Mission Row Police Station solely to provoke a police pursuit without narrative backing.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Circling police cruisers honking repeatedly because you have a fast car and want a chase.
§ 04.0CHAPTER CODEX

Law Enforcement, EMS & Civic Order

Protocols safeguarding emergency medical services, police assets, and government integrity.

4.1

Neutral Immunity of On-Duty EMS Personnel

Temporary Ban

Active on-duty Pillbox Hospital paramedics treating wounded citizens are neutral life-savers. Taking EMS hostage, looting medical supplies, or attacking paramedics during active triage is prohibited.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Shooting EMS doctors while they are actively performing CPR on downed players at Legion Square.
4.2

Police & Emergency Vehicle Thefts

Temporary Ban

Stealing active police cruisers, SWAT Bearcats, or EMS ambulances requires substantial roleplay escalation and prior staff clearance. Casual joyriding in emergency vehicles is forbidden.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Sneaking into an unoccupied police cruiser left running at a traffic stop and driving away.
4.3

Corruption Regulations for Public Servants

Temporary Ban

LSPD officers, state troopers, and Department of Justice judicial staff cannot engage in criminal corruption without an approved storyline docket submitted to High Command.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: A patrol officer taking cash bribes to expunge felony records from the police MDT database without prior storyline clearance.
4.4

Unrealistic Off-Road Driving

Warning

Driving high-end supercars or low-clearance sedans up steep rocky mountains, cliffs, or staircases at high speeds. Vehicles must match the terrain they traverse.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Driving a Lamborghini up Mount Chiliad cliffs to evade police helicopters.
§ 05.0CHAPTER CODEX

Server Discipline, Evidence & Appeals

Standards regarding ban escalation, report evidence requirements, and administrative procedures.

5.1

Disciplinary Escalation Matrix

Warning

Infractions follow a structured penalty escalation: Official Written Warning → 24-72h Temporary Ban → 7-Day Ban → Permanent Ban, proportional to offense severity and player record.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Repeatedly ignoring NVL guidelines after receiving an official warning will directly trigger escalated temporary and permanent bans.
5.2

Uncut Video Evidence Requirement for Reports

Warning

Player reports submitted in Discord tickets must include uncut, unedited video recordings (Medal.tv, Shadowplay, OBS) capturing at least 2 minutes of prior context with audible microphone audio.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Submitting a 4-second trimmed clip with no audio will be dismissed due to lack of situational context.
5.3

Dispute Protocol (No In-Game Arguing)

Warning

Never pause or derail an in-game scenario to argue about rules in OOC chat or voice. Play out the scene to completion, record the incident, and submit a formal player report in Discord.

Scenario Guidance / In Practice: Standing in the middle of a robbery for 20 minutes typing in OOC arguing about rules rather than filing a ticket.

Notice on Rule Updates & Disciplinary Appeals

Rules are periodically revised by Management to preserve server quality. If you receive a disciplinary action and wish to submit a civil appeal, open an official ticket in the Discord appeals division with uncut video proof.
